Here at The Sweet Pea Cake Company every wedding cake designed and made is special. I always use high quality ingredients to bake all my cakes, the proof, as the saying goes, in in the pudding; the proof is definitely in the cake tasting! I make all my own syrups, conserves and curds using fresh fruits. All my sponge wedding cakes consist of three layers sandwiched together deliciously with buttercream and conserve or curd and then covered in sugar paste. My rich fruit cakes are made three months in advance, and 'fed' regularly over the three months to ensure a moist, rich cake before it is covered in marzipan and then sugar paste.
Every wedding cake I design and make is bespoke and therefore priced individually following your consultation meeting. This means that the price will be individual too and you will receive your quote based on the size of the cake and the number of tiers. One thing I can promise you though is that I will be designing and making you a wedding cake that will look both beautiful and taste divine.

Layers of rich chocolate cake soaked with passion fruit syrup and passion fruit curd.
